This wine is dreamy. Not only in style but because when I was sipping while making dinner the other night, I day dreamed about beautiful views, mountains, wandering outside, road trips in California. This wine has all the components of what makes Califronia special for me: citrus, sunshine, warmth, beauty, excitement. Verdelho and Muscat were foot-trod before pressing and co-fermented in an open-top tank; the Chardonnay was whole cluster pressed and fermented in neutral oak.
