With his soulful approach to wine, he farms his 47 acres of vineyards following biodynamic principles. Well-drained gravel soils and the proximity to Lake Neusiedl define the region. The lake helps to create a mild, stable climate all year round, lengthening the growing season. The resulting wines are unadulterated, honest, and authentic representations of each vintage.
This Weissburgunder expressed fresh meadow herbs with floral aromas. Flavors of ripe nectarines and vineyard peaches. Pleasant acidity, balanced, with a long lingering finish."
