From the winemaker, "This rose was made by direct pressing early picked Pinot Noir, so in that sense it's probably more a vin gris than a rose. But really, it looks like a rose so I am calling it a rose. The fermentation is all in tank and the wine was bottled a day after the Agóri red on the turn from winter to spring. The wine drinks more like a white with freshness and vitality but has heaps of berry characteristics in the flavours. Drink cold and with good people."
