From the distributor, "Spring marks the release of Sébastien and Émeline’s “little” wines, which has always been a polite way to talk about the bottles people actually drink. This year ... Piak blanc is once again a blanc-de-noir, composed of direct press Cabernet Franc. Unlike last year, the 2021 looks and drinks like what older French people might call a “Vin Gris.” Saline on the palette and Atlantic in aromatic, I love this wine with seafood, or just as an apero."

A white wine from red grapes! A really interesting wine from one of our favorite producers of Cab Franc. 'Piak' refers to the sound your mouth makes when it's too dry - this is a thirst quencher, made to revive you from that awful smacking.
